Job Title: Title Research Analyst (Property & Land Records)Location: Remote (LATAM)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CSTContract Type: Independent ContractorCompensation: $1,000 – $1,400 USD/monthAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Title Research Analyst to conduct high-volume property and land record research, analyze ownership data, and produce structured legal reports.This is a document-intensive, execution-focused role where you will review deeds, county records, and legal instruments to verify ownership and identify discrepancies. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and the ability to manage multiple research workflows independently.What You’ll OwnProperty and land record researchOwnership verification and title analysisDocument review and legal data extractionStructured reporting and documentation accuracyKey ResponsibilitiesResearch county and land records using online databases to verify property ownership and related interestsReview and interpret deeds, conveyance documents, and legal instrumentsIdentify ownership structures and flag inconsistencies or missing dataConduct document-level legal analysis and escalate complex issuesCompile findings into clear, structured reports and summariesMaintain organized workpapers, citations, and document tracking systemsManage multiple research tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracyWork independently with a US-based team and communicate findings clearlyRequired Experience & Skills2+ years of experience in legal research, legal support, or document-heavy rolesStrong experience reviewing legal documents and extracting key informationHigh attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy at volumeStrong written and verbal English communication skillsProficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Adobe AcrobatAbility to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environmentLicensed attorney in home jurisdiction (e.g., Bar admission, OAB, LPC, IBP, or equivalent legal licensure in Latin America, Philippines, or South Africa).Nice to HaveExperience with title research, land records, or property ownership analysisBackground in real estate, land services, or legal due diligenceExperience producing structured legal reports or case summariesFamiliarity with energy, natural resources, or property-related industries
