This role is critical as the first point of contact for prospective clients, with a strong focus not only on gathering information but also on effectively converting leads into scheduled consultations.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law firm environment, specifically within family law or closely related legal areas, and demonstrate strong ownership of the intake process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow structured processes (SOPs) with precision.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries.- Conduct intake calls in a professional, empathetic, and client-focused manner.- Drive lead conversion by effectively guiding prospects toward scheduling consultations.- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for intake, communication, and scheduling.- Accurately collect, document, and input client information into the system in a timely manner.- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including detailed call logs and lead tracking.- Manage and coordinate calendars according to internal guidelines.- Perform consistent and timely follow-ups with leads and clients.- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.Requirements- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).- Previous experience working in a law firm environment (required).- Experience in family law or related practice areas (e.g., divorce, custody, paternity, etc.).- Proven experience handling client intake and lead management.- Strong ability to follow structured processes and SOPs consistently.- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and client experience.- Highly proactive with the ability to take ownership of tasks and outcomes.- Experience using CRM systems or legal case management tools is a plus.What We’re Looking For- A candidate who is results-driven, especially in converting leads into consultations.- Someone who is process-oriented and can consistently follow SOPs without deviation.- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.- A professional who can balance efficiency, empathy, and accuracy in every interaction.Application Requirements- CV must be submitted in English.- Strong, clear communication in English during the interview process.
