Auto Parts Specialist
## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and excellent customer service skills.
## Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties, including answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects by scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and communicating with team members
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Auto parts, or any auto field
- Previous data entry experience
- Knowledge of project coordination processes
