Job SummaryBusy Long Island law firm seeks part-time employee to join its clerical staff. The position requires performing a variety of basic office tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and general administrative support. Candidates must be able to organize daily work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Schedule:Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-5:00 PM Responsibilities and DutiesFile documents upon receipt.Scan and fax documentsRetrieve documents from the fax driveAid in preparing materials for meetingsMaintain stock levels of office materials and suppliesMaintain and organize office files and recordsProcess daily mailPerform all other duties as assigned by management.Occasionally perform local errands.Qualifications and SkillsAdministrative Assistant or general office experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail.Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.Reliable, professional, and dependable demeanor.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Dress Code: Business casualSalary commensurate with experience.
