If you are helpful and accommodating, have a knack for problem solving and are energized by helping others, come join us!Duties:Greets and registers guests; maintains guest accounts by posting charges/payments; assists in verifying/settling accounts at checkout or any time during guest stay; provides prompt and courteous service to meet high standards of service.Accurately completing the registration process for our guests from the start of their stay until the end to ensure a seamless guest experience.Assists guests' inquiries/requests and respond with the appropriate response and/or action necessary.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentThe ability to communicate in English, both verbal and writtenExcellent communication and multi-tasking skillsPrevious customer experience and the ability to work effectively under pressureExceptional problem solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situationsThe ability to work by themselves or part of a teamAdditional InformationSalary:$28.67 - $35.84 per hour
