HR Service Now Human Resources Consultant (HRIS)Hospitals and Health Care$48.00/hrMonday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST (must be able to work during EST hours)Columbus, Ohio (remote)2 Month Contract, could extend What You’ll Do: Hands-on experience eliciting ServiceNow requirements, along with supporting testing and development activities, is requiredDemonstrated experience implementing the ServiceNow Localization Framework, including building out localization workspaces and leveraging the Google Cloud Translator Spoke to streamline and manage translation processesFamiliarity with integrating the Google Translator Spoke, ideally utilizing Google’s adaptive LLM translation capabilitiesExperience configuring dynamic translation solutions, including use cases within live agent chat and configurable environments such as HR Agent WorkspaceAbility to advise on best practices for translation-related business processes, including intake, workflow, and executionUnderstanding of strategies for separating and managing translation requests across different business units (e.g., HR vs. IT)Proven ability to lead knowledge transfer sessions with internal IT teams on the ServiceNow Localization FrameworkWhat We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred 4–8 years of experience working with or supporting HR ServiceNowUtilizes deep expertise and a strong grasp of HR ServiceNow concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to execute a wide range of responsibilitiesContributes to large-scale, complex projectsDesigns and delivers technical solutions within the HR ServiceNow environmentEnsures solutions are creative, effective, and aligned with overall business goalsOperates with a high level of independence while working under general directionApply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
