This position will support our Third-Party Administration (TPA) claims Transportation Division. The candidate displays a strong work ethic and can successfully work independently. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable in a fast paced, result driven environment. This is a remote, work from home position.Key ResponsibilitiesPrevious experience handling or supervising Collision, Comprehensive and PD claims involving personal autoAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAssures compliance with Davies and client claim handling guidelinesReview insurance policies and determine coverageDetermine liability and defensesProvide claim summaries and participate in routine file reviews with clientsIdentify claim trends and participate in client audit reviewsMonitor team performance and mentor team members for future career opportunitiesProvides support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performancePerform other duties as assignedSkills, knowledge & expertise5-7 years of industry experience2 years of supervisory or management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skillsCritical thinking and analytical skillsAble to work in team environment as well as independentlyStrong organizational skillsLeadership/Management/Motivational SkillsRequired Education and Experience:Texas All-Lines Adjuster LicenseFlorida License required or must be attainableProficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite software and other business-related softwareBenefitsBenefitsAt Davies North America, we are dedicated to supporting the well-being and future of our qualifying employees.
