As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our production floor.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead and guide a team of production associates, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Coach and train team member to ensure alignment of performance management practices with company policies and goals.Production Oversight: Monitor and manage the production processes to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing of medical devices. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to streamline production workflows.Training and Development: Train new team members on production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control measures. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of team members.Communication: Facilitate effective communication between team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Report production status, challenges, and achievements to higher management.Position RequirementsPossess a high school diploma or equivalent.Read, write, speak and communicate effectively with other team members, and comprehend work and safety instructions.Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds often.Ability to work in clean rooms and lab environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.PreferredApplicants should have two to three years of experience in leadership roles.Experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the production process.If you are excited about making a significant impact, driving innovation, and contributing to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply and embark on an exciting journey of engineering excellence at Applied Medical.
