Responsibilities:Cultivate a Basketball program that is rooted in integrity, growth, learning, passion and teamworkFoster a program that inspires greatness through actions, words, behavior, and accountability.Create a communitive environment encouraging parents, educators and admin to work together for the development of our student-athletes.Establish training techniques with a track record of success in technical skills and character developmentAssure proper safety is maintained during all practices and gamesAdhere to all company values, policies and business ethic codesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports management, business administration or a similar sports or business related field or the equivalentProven experience coaching and/or playing basketball in a manner that is consistent with our valuesStrong commitment to Student AthletesGeneral Microsoft office computer skills with strong communication skillsExperience working with basic video technology such as editing, burning, and filmingPreferred Qualifications:BilingualExperience with college planning and placement processDesire to work collaboratively with colleaguesValid driver's license with ability to drive for tournaments, games, travelPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is requiredHigh energy environment that requires a significant amount physical conditioning and endurance to execute programs properly.#LI-NS1Background Requirements:Requires a background check upon offerRequires a drug test upon offer Benefits:As a full-time member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive offering listed below.
