Executive Assistant , ROW Stores

DescriptionThe Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on ROW team in Seattle, Washington.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.Key job responsibilitiesManage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations, familiar with multiple time-zones planningManage domestic and international travelManage expense report coordination and submissionOrganize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up the tasks closelyAct as a liaison for your leaders direct reportsWork closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organizationHelp to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the teamBasic Qualifications- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- Experience with executive level calendar management- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- High school or equivalent diplomaPreferred Qualifications- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience managing multiple calendars- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround- Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills- Experience leading process improvementsAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
