Content Coordinator (Video & Social)

Pink Lily is a fast-growing women's fashion brand that delivers trend-driven styles to our customers through our e-commerce platform.Role OverviewThe Content Coordinator (Video & Social) at Pink Lily is a hands-on, creator-driven role focused on producing high-performing, trend-forward video content for social media and paid ads. This role is all about capturing, editing, and executing scroll-stopping iPhone content that drives engagement and conversion.You'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through short-form video, while also supporting live selling efforts and on-camera content execution.Key Responsibilities•Video Content Creation (Primary Focus) •Shoot high-quality, engaging video content using iPhone for:•TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social ads•Capture both planned and real-time content (try-ons, trends, BTS, lifestyle)•Stay on top of TikTok/IG trends and quickly turn ideas into content•Attend photoshoot and travel to on location photoshoots as needed. Video Editing & Optimization•Edit short-form video content directly on mobile and/or editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)•Add text overlays, hooks, transitions, and trending audio to maximize performance •Optimize content for engagement and conversion (strong hooks, pacing, CTAs) Paid & Organic Content Support•Create variations of top-performing content for paid ads•Collaborate with marketing team to test and iterate on creative•Understand what drives CTR, watch time, and conversionsLive Selling & Content Production Support•Assist in planning and executing live selling events•Help set up filming spaces, lighting, and product organization•Coordinate and book models/talent for live sessions and video shoots•Support on-camera talent with styling, flow, and product storytellingContent Planning & Execution•Contribute ideas for weekly content calendars and campaign moments•Bring fresh, trend-forward concepts that align with Pink Lily's brand•Help execute content for new arrivals, promos, and launches Qualifications•1–3+ years creating video content for TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms•Strong iPhone shooting and editing skills•Experience with CapCut (or similar editing apps) •Deep understanding of social trends and what performs•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly reactive environment What Success Looks Like•High-performing video content (views, engagement, conversions)•Consistent output of on-trend, brand-right content •Strong contribution to paid social creative performance •Seamless execution of live selling events Bonus Skills•Comfortable being on camera (or directing talent)•Experience in fashion, styling, or retail•Basic understanding of paid social creative strategy•Experience booking or coordinating talentTone / Brand Fit•Obsessed with trends and social content•Creative, scrappy, and quick-moving•Understands what makes people stop scrolling•Loves fashion and styling outfitsPink Lily offers a complete benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and clothing discounts.Pink Lily is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Disability / Gender / Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age / Veteran
