Their technology supports a diverse group of partners and users, including financial advisors, employers, third-party administrators, financial institutions, payroll providers, government agencies, and individual savers.Job SummaryThe Client Services Coordinator will work in a fast-paced call center environment, serving as a key point of contact for plan sponsors and advisors. This role focuses on delivering high-quality client support by answering inbound calls and emails, resolving issues using company policies and systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective resolutions. More complex issues are escalated to management, Legal, or Compliance teams as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport a book of business consisting of advisors and plan sponsors to ensure servicing needs are metAssist with plan administration issues while managing client expectations around process and timingRespond to incoming client calls and emails, resolving issues at the point of first contact whenever possibleIdentify, create, and resolve system tickets, providing appropriate follow-up and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client satisfaction issuesParticipate in scheduled client conference calls to provide plan status updates and remediation progressShare data-driven insights with product teams to help improve the platform and product roadmapConduct timely and thorough follow-ups to ensure a high level of serviceDocument all client interactions and account updates within internal systemsSupport complaint handling, troubleshooting, and solution delivery, escalating to Legal and Compliance when necessaryQualifications & SkillsStrong customer service and administrative skillsAbility to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsCall center experience preferredFinancial services or fintech experience preferredBilingual Spanish preferredWork EnvironmentCorporate office setting once the location opensMonday-Friday scheduleFully remote initially; transition to a 4:1 hybrid schedule after office openingJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
