Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights Hospital-employed OB/GYN position within an expanding program Brand new role with opportunity to build a practice from the ground up Delivery-focused model with emphasis on obstetrics over surgical GYN New clinic space currently under construction for incoming team Long-term plan to grow to 4+ OB/GYN physicians with APP support Mid-level providers assist with follow-ups and clinic efficiency Level III NICU with 50 beds supporting high-risk deliveries NICU averages 30 infants daily with strong specialty support On-site neonatology, perinatology, and pediatric surgery Modern labor and delivery unit renovated in LDR suites plus additional rooms and 3 dedicated C-section ORs OB Emergency Department with approximately 1,400 annual visits 24/7 OB hospitalist coverage
