Job Description & RequirementsAnesthesiology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25 This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity: Call and requirements: OR call (4p-7a), OB call (7a-7a) Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications required: Must have an Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) or transferable once accepted. License required or accepting IMLC: Must be Board Certified in Anesthesia, must have an Indianalicense Facility LocationLafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
