Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet industry standards. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes. Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine setup. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
