These roles are essential to our production team, focusing on machining high-quality metal parts using CNC equipment. Candidates may apply for either position based on experience and skills. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:CNC Machinist:Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to fabricate metal and non-metal partsSelect and install appropriate tooling and fixturesPerform in-process inspections to verify part accuracyProvide first article for QC review and approvalAccurately record quantities produced and maintain traceability proceduresPerform routine preventative maintenanceMaintain a clean and organized workstation at end of each shiftRequired Experience:CNC Machinist:Experience operating CNC machines in a metal manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with machine setup, tool changes, and first article inspectionsNice-to-Have Experience:Experience with HAAS, Mazak, or similar equipmentExposure to ISO quality standards or traceability systemsExperience in both manual and CNC machining environmentsRequired Skills:Proficient in blueprint reading and technical schematicsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredMust be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify compliant preferred)Preferred Skills:Machine setup and tool calibration (for machinists)Preventive maintenance knowledgeExperience with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)vipstaffing#zrsdal
