Intake Specialist

This role blends technical, administrative, and client-facing responsibilities, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful system setup, data accuracy, and process efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in systems, operations, or HR technology.ResponsibilitiesAssist in configuring and implementing systems based on client or internal business requirementsSupport data entry, validation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy across platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutionsPerform testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems function properly before and after implementationMaintain documentation including workflows, configurations, and process updatesProvide support to users or clients, answering questions and resolving system-related issuesMonitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvementsParticipate in meetings, project updates, and implementation timelinesAssist with reporting, data analysis, and system audits as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (Business, IT, HR, or related field)1–4+ years of experience in operations, systems support, HRIS, or implementation rolesStrong technical aptitude with experience in systems, databases, or software platformsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office toolsExperience with SQL, data management, or system configuration is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-service mindset with strong organizational skills
