Election Training Support Clerk
ATA Services, Inc is currently seeking to hire a Training Support clerk to work on a temporary assignment with the Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections for the 2026 Primary Election. Pay Rate: $18.36 per hour with weekly payStart Date: ASAPEnd Date: June 26, 2026Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., hours and days will be extended as neededLocation: SE Albuquerque – Gibson and Broadway Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Must be able to work occasional weekend/evening hours. Job Duties:Support with the implementation of training on elections processes.Support with preparing training materials.Maintain training roster.Support with preparing and distributing election materials.Support with communicating details of HR onboarding.Support setting up voting sites.Support with the Early Voting closeout process.Support with collecting election materials.Support with reviewing election materials for audits. Qualifications:Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Able to work various hours, including evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.Proven Training and coordinating experience.2+ years of administrative Assistant or Office Clerk experience.High School degree or equivalent.Significant experience with office management and daily operations.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Good practical experience with MS Office.Excellent knowledge of office equipment.Strong verbal skills, including communicating over the phone.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
