Commercial Construction Project Manager Annual Salary: $85k- $95k DOE | Plus Full Benefits Requirements:Must have 5 years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management College Construction Degree or PMP preferred (or related experience in lieu of education) OSHA 30 requiredIn-depth understanding of budgets, invoicing, contracts, and all construction-related trades Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organizationMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportationMust pass drug screen and all required background checks.Responsibilities:Estimate and manage commercial construction project(s)Determine needed resources (necessary manpower, equipment, and materials)Monitor the progress of construction activities on a regular basis to ensure the plan is following the established timelineUpdate status reports and other project-related documentsAdhere to safety and OSHA guidelinesAll employees must have proper PPE hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety glasses and work gloves.All SLS employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
