The position partners closely with the CEO and Retail Operations Director to assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, company culture initiatives, and administrative projects across HQ and retail locations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, people-focused, and energized by supporting a fast-paced fashion driven environment.Recruiting & Talent SupportProcess and maintain candidate applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and the company websiteSchedule and coordinate interviews across departments and store locationsMaintain recruiting calendars and candidate communicationsAssist with job postings and updates to job descriptionsSupport a steady pipeline of candidates to meet hiring needsEnsure a professional, positive candidate experienceTrack recruiting activity and assist with reporting and budget trackingOnboarding & Employee AdministrationCoordinate onboarding logistics for new hiresPrepare onboarding documents and employee recordsAssist with handbook and benefits review during onboardingSupport new hire orientation schedulingMaintain accurate employee files and HR documentationAssist with off-boarding processes and exit interview coordinationStay informed on HR compliance requirements and labor law basicsSupport updates to handbooks and policy documentsMaintain confidentiality of employee informationCompany Culture & EngagementAssist with employee recognition and incentive programsHelp coordinate monthly Store Management meetingsSupport culture initiatives and employee engagement activitiesAssist with communications that reinforce company culture and valuesAdministrative & Operational SupportProvide administrative support to the CEO and Operations DirectorAssist with company audits and operational documentationSupport scheduling approvals and facilities coordinationHelp implement marketing initiatives within store locationsComplete ad hoc administrative projects as neededQualifications1–3 years experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage confidential information with discretionDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Google Workspace and recruiting platforms
