DescriptionOutbound Dispatch Coordinator (Mt. Pleasant, PA onsite)The OpportunityIn this role, you will manage outbound shipment planning and logistics execution that directly supports the timely movement of equipment and materials used across the power grid and broader energy infrastructure. You will coordinate weekly shipping strategies, guide cost‐effective transportation choices, and ensure accurate tracking for on‐time delivery-critical elements that keep grid‐related projects moving safely and efficiently. Your work will involve detailed shipment planning, close collaboration with Business Units and Transportation Specialists, and ongoing improvement of logistics processes to maintain reliable, high‐quality service. By aligning transportation planning with operational needs, you will help ensure that essential equipment reaches customers when they need it, supporting project schedules, system performance, and the continuous modernization of energy networks.
