Dispatch Coordinator- Tech Services ( ONSITE POSITION NOT REMOTE)Position SummarySource Office & Technology is looking for an energetic and organized Dispatch Coordinator- Tech Services to join our growing team!This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping customers, and keeping operations running smoothly. As our Dispatch Coordinator, you'll manage incoming service requests, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customers receive quick, efficient support.If you're a natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with people - we want to hear from you!Position Expectations:Answer and manage incoming service calls, emails, and chats.Prioritize and assign service calls the right technician.Keep customers updated on scheduling, delays, and resolutions.Communicate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams.Maintain accurate records and documentation for each service call.Track orders for materials, parts, and equipment.Identify and share recurring issues or improvement ideas with leadership.Support team projects and help streamline processes.Work across multiple software systems to stay organized and efficient.Duties are not limited to the above, duties as assigned or as needed may changeMinimum Qualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or GED (required).2+ years of experience in dispatch, coordination, or customer service preferred.Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and follow-through with customers and teammates.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.Pay & BenefitsPay range: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience).Benefits: Comprehensive package in accordance with Source's benefit plan.Paid Time Off (PTO): Enjoy time to rest and recharge.Schedule: Full Time (On-site)Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm MST (no nights or weekends).Opportunities for growth and development within a stable, supportive teamAbout the CompanySource Office Technology a Division of TSRC Inc., is a business-to-business distributor of office supplies, furniture, coffee and breakroom products, janitorial and cleaning supplies, promotional products, and technology solutions to customers seeking customized workplace solutions and personalized service.
