Job Details:Position: Licensed Practical NurseLocation: Fredericksburg, VA 22404Shift: 12 hour shift(7am-7:30pm) (7pm-7:30am)Contract: 14 weeksStart: TBDRequirements:Must be licensed LPNMust have BLS/CPRExperience with SNF/LTC preferred.Must be COVID vaccinated or Religious ExemptionResponsibilities:Record a patient's medical history accurately.Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
