Position Responsibilities Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment. Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts. Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments. Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
