Project Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and high-end residential window, storefront, and façade installation projects. Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple façade, window, and storefront projects simultaneously throughout NYC and surrounding boroughs Lead projects from contract award through installation and final closeout Coordinate with architects, consultants, general contractors, manufacturers, and internal engineering teams Review shop drawings, submittals, schedules, RFIs, and field conditions Drive project schedules and ensure procurement aligns with installation sequencing Oversee project budgets, change orders, cost tracking, and forecasting Conduct site visits and attend project meetings with clients and subcontractors Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to NYC building requirements Support problem-solving during field installation and coordinate resolution of technical issues Work closely with operations and logistics teams to maintain project delivery timelines Maintain strong client communication throughout the lifecycle of the project Ideal Background5+ years of Project Management experience within: Curtain wall Windows & glazing Storefront systems Exterior façade systems Architectural metals Experience managing projects within NYC construction environments Strong understanding of commercial glazing systems, installation sequencing, and façade coordination Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical details Experience coordinating with engineering and fabrication teams Familiarity with landmark/LPC projects, passive house systems, or high-performance envelope systems is highly desirable Strong commercial awareness and schedule management skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Preferred ExperienceHigh-rise residential or commercial façade projects Unitized curtain wall systems Window replacement programs Historic restoration or landmarked projects NYC DOB and site compliance exposure Experience working with subcontractors and union labor environments If you are interested or know anyone who might be, please apply to the links above or contact me directly:𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: +1 646 863 7379 / +44 1925 500593𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥: michaela.stadler@lignumgroup.com (Please send me an updated resume and contact details for a smoother process),
