The company specializes in commercial roofing, restoration, and building envelope projects, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work across the NYC market. With a solid pipeline of secured projects and continued growth, they are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership and drive successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial roofing and exterior projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionCoordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersReview drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issuesManage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and billingLead project meetings and act as the primary point of contactEnsure compliance with NYC safety regulations and company standardsExperience Required5+ years Project Management experience within constructionStrong background in commercial roofing, ideally new constructionAlternatively, experience in restoration, façade, or building envelope with roofing knowledgeExperience working for a General Contractor managing roofing scopes/packages is also of interestProven experience delivering projects within New York CityAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsTrack record of delivering projects on time and within budgetIf you are a Project Manager with experience in roofing, restoration, or building envelope projects and are open to new opportunities in New York City, please apply or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
