As part of our team, you will contribute to creating standout architectural landmarks throughout New York.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position based in Queens, NY, with the option to work remotely from project sites when needed. As a Glazing Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of glazing projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing budgets, collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed to meet quality standards. You will also be tasked with monitoring jobsite progress, resolving challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.QualificationsProficiency in project management, with skills in planning, scheduling, and budget management for construction or glazing projects.Experience with coordinating teams and building strong professional relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.Knowledge of architectural metals and glazing systems, including material specifications, fabrication, and installation processes.Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in the construction industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in the glazing or construction industry.Prior experience working with UCW, WW, SCW, Storefronts and Entrance Doors Systems is mandatory.
