We’re hiring experienced Production Managers and Tour Managers to join high-level international concert productions touring across Europe and worldwide.About the RoleRoad-ready Tour Managers and Remote Production Managers (advancing & technical coordination).You’ll be working on high-level concert productions in top venues across Europe and worldwide.About the ProductionsWe produce large-scale international concert tours featuring world-class musicians, orchestras, and top-tier technical teams.From arenas to festivals, every show is highly technical, detail-focused, and delivered at the highest level.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities vary depending on your role (touring or remote) and may include:Tour & Production PlanningAdvance shows with venues, promoters, and local teamsCoordinate stage plans, technical riders, schedules, and staffingWork closely with venue managers, suppliers, and logistics partnersOn-Site Tour Management (Touring Roles)Manage daily tour operations on the road (bus touring preferred)Oversee load-in, rehearsals, show execution, and load-outCall cues, manage transitions, and ensure shows run on timeRemote Production Management (Advancing)Lead technical advancing and pre-production coordinationBuild show schedules and resolve technical/logistical challengesSupport touring teams with clear documentation and communication Logistics & Budget OversightCoordinate transport of crew and equipmentManage tour logistics, timelines, and technical schedulesTrack budgets, expenses, and reporting as requiredTeam & Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the central point of contact across all stakeholdersLead teams on-site and remotely with clear communicationPrepare show reports, incident logs, and post-show feedbackYour Profile3+ years of experience in tour management, production management, or live event productionExperience with touring (bus tours) and/or remote advancingStrong understanding of technical production (audio, lighting, staging, video)Confident working with venues, promoters, and local production teamsHighly organized, solution-oriented, and proactiveCalm under pressure in fast-paced, live environmentsStrong communication and coordination skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and international travelBonus: experience with international touring productions
