Join Our Team as an On-Tour Community & Merchandise ManagerLancelot Productions, an internationally recognized production company known for its live orchestral performances of iconic film soundtracks, is looking for a Community Manager & Merchandiser to join our European on-tour team.This role combines live event management with content production to enhance audience engagement and grow our international film music community.Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandisingManage inventory, sales, and financial reporting for merchandise at each venueMaintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-stocked merchandise boothProvide friendly, professional customer service and handle transactions (cash, card, electronic)Coordinate logistics, shipping, and secure storage of merchandiseWork with venue staff to optimize booth placement and comply with local sales proceduresTrack daily sales, analyze trends, and report revenue accuratelyCommunity Engagement Engage audiences before, during, and after shows to grow social media followers and fan communityCapture short-form content: interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, audience reactions, and performancesCollaborate with orchestra members, artists, and special guests for authentic content creationPropose creative methods to convert attendees into long-term community membersSupport marketing and tour managers with operational and engagement initiativesSubmit daily reports summarizing sales, audience interactions, content captured, and community metricsRequirementsProven understanding of social media platforms and content formatsExperience creating content for live events, concerts, or similar dynamic environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, touring environmentMultiple positions available — candidates fluent in English, French, and/or German are strongly preferred.What We OfferThe opportunity to work closely with world-class orchestras and renowned film music artistsHands-on experience creating content for international live performancesThe chance to grow and engage a passionate global film music communityAbout Lancelot ProductionsLancelot Productions takes audiences on extraordinary journeys through the power of live entertainment.
