The Vice President of Estimating will also be involved in market engagement, working closely with executive leadership and business development teams to identify strategic opportunities. Candidates for the Vice President of Estimating position should have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with a preference for a Professional Engineer (PE) license or industry certifications. A minimum of 15 years' experience in heavy civil construction, with a significant background in estimating large and complex infrastructure projects, is required. The role demands a strong understanding of DOT procurement processes, public infrastructure bidding, and experience with heavy civil estimating platforms.
