The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping teams, strengthening accountability, and elevating execution across various project types. This role demands a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to optimize financial results, advance prefabrication and field excellence, and build a culture rooted in safety, ownership, and operational discipline. The VP will lead a construction team, create clarity around expectations, and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. While a mechanical or HVAC background is a plus, the company values leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to learn and adapt. Applicants for the Vice President of Construction position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in construction science, construction management, or civil engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of 10-20 years' of related construction operations experience is required, with a preference for those who have spent 15 years or more in a Project Manager role on commercial construction projects. The role also requires proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, knowledge of construction methods, local codes, regulations, and safety standards, as well as exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
