Business Operations Manager

We are partnering with a global organization to identify a Global Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize administrative and operational functions across a multi-site international footprint. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who can operate at both a strategic and execution level—someone who can partner closely with senior leadership while also driving day-to-day operational excellence across facilities, vendor partnerships, and administrative infrastructure.Responsibilities:Establish and refine operational standards across multiple international officesDrive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across workplace operationsAct as a central point for cross-regional coordination and issue resolutionPartner with internal teams (finance, IT, HR, etc.) to improve systems, reporting, and workflowsLead contract negotiations and management across vendors, leases, and service agreementsOversee global lease portfolio, including renewals, compliance, and optimization strategiesManage insurance programs to ensure appropriate coverage and alignment across regionsIdentify operational and facility-related risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage and develop distributed administrative teams across multiple locationsProvide structure, accountability, and mentorship to ensure high performanceBuild a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culturePartner with finance to manage budgets tied to facilities, travel, and operationsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and improve spend efficiencyNegotiate with vendors and maintain strong external partnershipsOversee workplace strategy including space planning, maintenance, and office standardsSupport global travel programs, including vendor relationships and cost optimizationEnsure a seamless experience for employees and leadership across all locationsQualifications:5–10 years of experience in operations, workplace management, or similar leadership rolesStrong background in contract negotiation, lease management, and insurance oversight (required)Experience managing teams across multiple locations or regionsAbility to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets and vendor spendComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindsetStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred:Bilingual capabilitiesExposure to global or international business operations
