Corporate Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager – Houston, TX (Downtown)A global boutique financial firm is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern, high-tech office in Downtown Houston while also supporting additional offices in Denver and Calgary.This high-profile role reports directly to the Global Facilities Director and offers the opportunity to maintain a polished, high-performing workplace for employees and senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and vendor management for the Houston officeSupport facilities operations in Denver and CalgaryManage reception, conference center, and housekeeping staff in HoustonCoordinate office layouts, moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)Ensure office technology, AV systems, and workplace tools are functioning efficientlyMaintain safety procedures, emergency plans, and compliance across locationsAssist with office buildouts, renovations, and capital projectsQualifications:5–7+ years of Facilities Management experienceMust come from the Financial Services industry (banking, investment, or similar)Experience managing multiple office locations preferredStrong leadership and vendor management skillsTech-savvy with workplace systems and AV technologyProfessional presence and comfortable working with senior leadershipAbility to travel occasionally to Denver & Calgary (~10%)
