District Office – Farmers InsuranceWe are seeking a highly organized Recruiting & Administrative Assistant to support our District Office recruiting efforts and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping build strong teams.The Recruiting & Administrative Assistant will help identify potential candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with administrative tasks that support the growth and success of our agency network.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and screen resumes from multiple recruiting platformsSchedule and coordinate interviews with prospective candidatesCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruiting processUtilize recruiting platforms and job boards to source potential candidatesMaintain candidate tracking and recruiting recordsAssist with onboarding coordination for new hires and agentsProvide administrative support to the District Office as neededHelp maintain organization of recruiting pipelines and office systemsQualificationsPrior recruiting, HR, or administrative experiencePrior experience in the insurance industryStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable using online recruiting platforms and scheduling toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office softwareWhat We OfferThis role will include a hybrid schedule and a base salary between $36,000-$42,000 with bonus opportunitiesOpportunity to play a key role in growing a successful District OfficeProfessional and supportive team environmentCompetitive compensation based on experienceCareer growth opportunitiesPaid training
