In this role, you are responsible for completing all contract renegotiations and changes for existing Payment Solutions clients. Drivers may include contract expiration or renewal, attrition risk, contract or fee schedule discrepancy, pricing changes, or ADP-initiated changes such as new fees or functionality. Performance is measured by resolution time, NPS (and other surveys), and retention rate. Negotiations are held with all levels of management and functional teams such as Procurement, and Vendor Management. Additional duties may include assisting support teams with complex billing issues involving interpretation of contract language, and negotiating payment plans for clients with high dollar outstanding balances.Every day, you'll leverage your relationships and strategic mindset to influence across the organization and drive contract renewal/negotiations for the retention of our clients. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.To succeed in this role: Required QualificationsAt least five years of contract negotiations experience with performance metrics.Ability to communicate and influence ethically with professionalism and composure.Ability to manage high volume of workload while maintaining thorough and accurate records.A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:Experience noted above, ORMilitary experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
