- Developing strategies for Organizational Change Management (OCM), workforce management, stakeholder engagement, and/or communications that provide people-centric approaches for transitioning from the current operating environment to the desired future state in a variety of contexts (e.g., organizational restructuring, business model innovation, IT modernization, etc.)
- Advising federal sponsors and project teams about the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other tools on the federal workforce
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years professional experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Change Management, Organization Development, Project Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
- MS, MBA, or PhD in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership and Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Neuroscience, or Psychology
