- Under general guidance of the Benefits and Workers’ Compensation Administrator, the Workers' Compensation Coordinator ensures timely processing of workers’ compensation claims; evaluates the completed first report of injury to determine accuracy and completeness and to ensure adequate investigations; ensures that each employee’s claim is handled with excellent customer service and accuracy for effective loss management.
- Manages the end-to-end process for all workers’ compensation claims; provides resolution to HR and Risk/Safety Team.
- Assists with audits of the TPA to ensure claims are processed timely for the enterprise and employees.
- Works closely with HR leadership and field leadership for return-to-work opportunities; assists in development of return-to-work program.
- 1-3 years of Workers' Compensation claims management experience
