- We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM functionalities and a strong background in HR. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead or assist in the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent/Performance, Benefits, Time Tracking, Leave of Absence, Learning and Development and reporting/analytics ensuring that the system aligns with client objectives.
- Data Migration: Oversee data migration processes, ensuring the accurate transfer of HR data from legacy systems to Workday.
- Integration: Work with technical teams to integrate Workday HCM with other HR and business systems as needed.
