- Group Insurance also sells accidental death and dismemberment and other ancillary coverages and provides plan administrative services in connection with its insurance coverages.
- The Group Insurance business has been undergoing a transformation which includes expanding HCM, Benefits Technology and Enrollment Services capabilities to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
- We are currently seeking an individual to become part of the Product organization, as VP, HR Technology Partnerships & Enrollment Services.
- The leader will also define and ensure successful execution of the HCM and Benefits Technology roadmap which includes integration with external partners via APIs. Furthermore, this role will direct the Enrollment Services function to ensure Group Insurance is maximizing each enrollment opportunity for voluntary benefits.
- Define and manage Group Insurance’s partnership strategy with Human Capital Management partners (Workday, UKG, Dayforce, Oracle, and ADP WFN), Benefits Technology partners (Businessolver, Benefitfocus, bswift, Empyrean, Employee Navigator, Plansource, ADP Nationals, Alight, and Selerix), and Enrollment partners to help drive profitable grow for Group Life, Disability, Absence and Supplemental Health products.
