- The VP will also play a significant leadership role in developing and managing our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, developing a career pathing framework, leading aspects of the goal setting and performance management process and supporting the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition best practices.
- With the support of an HR analyst, oversee and manage LinkedIn Learning and the Workday Learning Management System to help internally market curated learning paths to increase utilization.
- Lead the surveying, tracking and reporting of learning metrics to help shape the direction the organization s learning and development programDiversity, Equity & InclusionPartner with the SVP, Talent and Culture, to establish diversity and inclusion policies, procedures and action plans.
- Partner with SVP, Talent and Culture to evolve the connection between DEI and Antares mission and purpose to align all programs under three overarching guideposts: Recruiting for workplace diversity, enabling workplace inclusion and creating sustainability to support Antares DEI journey and commitment to action.
- Support the development of a diverse talent leadership pipeline and establish a robust university relations outreach program to effectively source and attract high caliber diverse talent with leadership potential to increase representation of women and people of color.
