- We hold the distinguished position of being the largest 503A compounding pharmacy and FDregistered 503B outsourcing facility in the country serving the functional medicine markets.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for recruitment advertising including but not limited to digital marketing, social media platforms, and career fair participation.
- Partner with People Operations and Experience to drive continuous improvement of the utilization of iCIMS to better enable talent processes and maintaining data integrity.
- Embed talent acquisition best practice tools and techniques – such as Topgrading and Korn Ferry Competencies – into our sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes and approaches.
- Partner with the VP of Talent Management, VP of People Operations and Experience, and IT, as well as relevant departments, to drive seamless integration into the orientation and onboarding experience.
