- Pfizer’s in-line portfolio is focused on four broad, key areas: breast cancer, genitourinary cancer, hematology and precision medicine, complemented by an extensive pipeline of over 50 programs in clinical development.
- The incumbent will lead the Global Medical Strategy Heads and the Global Medical Strategy Directors for late-stage development and in-line breast cancer assets to establish and develop medical strategy at an asset, modality, and TA level, in close collaboration with senior Pfizer Oncology stakeholders.
- International Oncology Medical Affairs, Pfizer Research & Development (PRD) cross-TA global Medical platforms, Worldwide Medical, Drug Safety Research and Development and Safety in order to drive TA Medical Strategy across the organization.
- Partnership with Oncology Medical Affairs leaders in all geographies and cross-functionally with Commercial, and Access and Value to establish an integrated community of breast cancer experts and oversee the success of the assets within their TA of responsibility.
- Provide executive leadership as a portfolio liaison across clinical development partnerships and collaborations (JDC, JSC, Joint Medical Affairs Working Groups with partners).
