- About the Role:The VP, AOT Recruiting is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to bring in the future Owner-Operators.
- In general, stores are independently owned and operated, typically by a person or a pair of people with retail management experience and entrepreneurial hunger.
- You will lead a team of ~15+ that generates over 30,000 leads per year to result in identifying Aspiring Operators in Training (AOTs) from coast to coast to support the company’s rapid store growth.
- The VP, AOT Recruiting, will report to the Chief Stores Officer.
- Responsibilities Include: As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for innovation and the development of the strategic plan for AOT Recruiting, including development of growth in new markets and lead generation strategy, scaling the team and functions within the department to achieve goals, communication of value proposition to prospective AOTs, and development and execution on recruiting goals.
