- The VP, People and Talent will work closely with the entire executive leadership team and is responsible for all aspects of the HR function across North America, and offshore providers, including recruiting, on-boarding, talent management, benefits, compensation management, performance management, HR policy administration, HR regulatory compliance, and people relations.
- This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Culture leader, supporting and driving employee communications, engagement and establishes and maintains Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
- Work with leadership in merger and acquisition efforts including due diligence and post-merger integration.
- Bachelor of Science in HR Management or related field, MBA preferred, SHRM/SPHR certification.
