- As an essential member of the Brand & Experience Team, the individual will closely collaborate with the Chief Brand & Experience Officer, Vice President of Digital Experience, and Vice President of Performance Marketing & Sales Strategy to lead strategic and operational initiatives to transform the member support experience into a competitive advantage.
- An innovator, change agent, member champion, educator, coach, and collaborator, the Vice President of Member Support Transformation oversees initiatives that align Securityplus products, services, education, information, and resources with member needs through an integrated omnichannel member support model.
- The Vice President of Member Support Transformation works closely with colleagues throughout the organization to champion member support excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external clients across various digital, chat, AI, voice, social, email, ITM (video), outsource resources, and virtual branch (video) channels.
- Skilled in driving change and passionate about promoting financial health, the Vice President of Member Support Transformation utilizes member support as a catalyst for transformation, innovation, and excellence.
- In this role, the individual will create and manage exceptional experiences to support our strategic plan through continuous learning, development, and member support strategies.
