- Job Description The Whitman Career Center is seeking an Undergraduate Career Advisor to deliver career education and professional development programming, services, and resources for undergraduate business students.
- The Undergraduate Career Advisor will work to understand career interests and partner in developing strategies to support internship and full-time job search for students majoring in specific business majors, in addition to working with a segment of undeclared business students.
- The Undergraduate Career Advisor will have the responsibility to coordinate and manage large-scale career education programs, including career exploration events, industry-specific corporate visits and alumni networking programs.
- Additionally, the Undergraduate Career Advisor will have responsibility for managing critical strategic and operational components of the career center, demonstrating leadership, maturity, and thoughtfulness in doing so.
- Responsibilities Coaching, Advising, Teaching, and Training: Provide career counseling, advising, and coaching to global, diverse, and discerning full-time undergraduate business student population (e.g., career research, resume and cover letter writing, internship and job search strategy, interview preparation, and networking tips).
