- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic team member to help build our B2B and Trade Accounts team at Havenly.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase conversion, average order value (AOV) and units-per-transaction (UPT) within the West Coast (focus area of California with opportunity to expand)
- Partner on building the internal B2B strategy and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across various industries such as hospitality, corporate offices, and commercial real estate.
- Work closely with CX, Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experience
