- In the role of TPA Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the investigation, analysis, reporting, and communication of various technical operations tasks related to Third Party Administrators' (TPA) Maintenance and tracking, including regulatory compliance reporting with respect to coverage and class codes, and analysis and payment of TPA Fees per Master Service Agreements (MSA's).
- Processing monthly TPA fees including review and analysis of MSA's, preparing check requests and recording transactions.
- This requires detailed investigation and coordination of MSA's and invoices for appropriate billing charges based on loss and policy year
- Timely tracking of new TPA approvals and record setup and updating any changes in current TPA records
