- The Title IX/Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator reports to the Vice President of Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Compliance.
- The Title IX/EO Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations and managing complaints of discrimination/harassment through both informal conflict resolution and formal investigations.
- The Title IX/EEO Investigator partners with key designees throughout the investigative process, conducting legally appropriate investigations, meeting established timelines, and treating all constituents with sensitivity and respect.
- The Title IX/EEO investigator will stay abreast of new legal, policy, and best practice developments, and recommend changes to The New School's policies.
- This is a 10-month part-time administrative professional position (25 - 30 hours per week with January and July off), with a hybrid work arrangement, which requires scheduled on-campus presence.
