- The Director of Operations, reporting to the Senior Rabbi, is responsible for the congregation's facilities, operations, and security and has supervisory responsibility for administrative, clerical, maintenance, and outside contracted personnel.
- Make recommendations regarding extraordinary expenses to the Senior Rabbi, Board, Executive, Facilities, and Finance Committees.
- Ensure that the proper systems are implemented to handle membership data, financial programs and reporting, dues collections, publications, High Holy Day ticketing, yahrzeit information, and all other matters necessary for the smooth operation of the synagogue.
- Craft and coordinate the usage of consistent operational procedures for all ongoing synagogue functions and events, consistent with our priorities and vision.
- Ensure all interactions with the synagogue office are handled in a professional manner and the experience is pleasant for all community members.
